The scope of practice of the MuscleMD Clinic is limited to this treatment only. This is to allow for the clinic to cope with the increasing number of referrals for patients requiring treatment, with limited clinical time\/resources.<\/p> No referrals\/investigations\/prescriptions will be issued by MuscleMD physicians. The referring physician accepts responsibility for managing ongoing prescriptions and arranging further investigations\/referrals as they deem appropriate.<\/p> If it is felt that the patient would potentially benefit from further investigations\/specialist opinion this information will be relayed to the referring physician promptly and left to the physician's discretion.
