How to book an appointment

To be seen at the MuscleMD Clinic, please have your Family Doctor or Specialist fax us a completed referral form. The referral form can be found here. It is best if your doctor faxes your reports from relevant tests or imaging along with your referral.

After your referral is received at the MuscleMD Clinic, our Medical Director will review it and if it is seen that your condition may benefit from TPI then you will be contacted directly to arrange an initial consultation.

Please note: The MuscleMD Clinic does not refill prescriptions for your regular medications or painkillers.
